since i have alot of time to kill ...i'm going to use this time (3 months) to really get into training.
i rode the bike this afternoon an easy 10 miler.....tomorrow i'll start my half marathon training.
and maybe next week i'll join a saturday group ride...what else am i going to do? slouch in my house and eat ice cream?
i promised the wife when they come home on july i'll be fit....or somewhat fit. and i intend to keep it.
just waiting for that Nike Sportband to come on sale and then i might even post my runs....however pathetic it may be. :D
