NEw Betta again...

I was with a friend and he was trying to buy some feeder fish for his arowana when i saw this little beauty....so i took him home.

My new video cam just arrived and took some pics of the fishies...(i'll post vids later.)

Biked to Work.

Started biking to work again...15 miles one way...it's great for my fitness and it's great for my wallet...gas is $4 a gallon now here...to put it in perspective it was only $2.60 around April before Mari and the kids left for the Philippines...$25 used to be enough for week's commute...now...you need $50...and that's crazy...

So when i bike, instead of thinking of the money i'm losing for paying gas...i'm thinking of the fat i'm losing for biking to work. :D

Well it's been two weeks...

since i last updated...so here it is..same old same old....took out rice from my diet...still run....and i finally broke the 180 lb barrier... i now weight 178 lbs. :D
